If your one day diet contains 1500 to 1800 calories, it means you are on low calorie diet. Normal consumption of calories for adults is not less than 1200 calories a day. 6- When you are eating don’t watch T.V because watching television while eating makes you eat more food. Eat your food slowly and chew every bite slowly.
7- When you are on low calorie diet, you better avoid engaging in physical activities.
